This platform is based on the important role that this institution plays in creating wealth among different peoples in different parts of the world. The harsh reality that was presented by economic problems in the UAE has led the organization to initiate privatization projects to solve these economic problems
The future of the United Arab Emirates will focus on ensuring a brighter future for the country. At present, the UAE is in a difficult economic situation, and this has led to the need to use privatization as a solution to financial problems. This is due to the enormous wealth and control that the UAE is an organization all over the globe. According to some studies, the UAE controls most oil and energy resources, in addition to economic infrastructure, and this wealth has many responsibilities. Leadership and integrity are considered to be relevant to the social aspects, forming the main elements of the organization (Ramamurtiand Hashai, 2011, p.78). In this regard, building a viable and enduring leadership structure is seen as the responsibility of the UAE
