Privatization is seen as the most viable solution to the current challenges facing the United Arab Emirates. This platform is based on the important role that this institution plays in creating wealth among different peoples in different parts of the world. One of the key decisions of the management system is the complete restructuring of the organizations. The harsh reality that was presented by economic problems in the UAE has led the organization to initiate privatization projects to solve these economic problems

The future of the United Arab Emirates will focus on ensuring a brighter future for the country. At present, the UAE is in a difficult economic situation, and this has led to the need to use privatization as a solution to financial problems. This is due to the enormous wealth and control that the UAE is an organization all over the globe. According to some studies, the UAE controls most oil and energy resources, in addition to economic infrastructure, and this wealth has many responsibilities. Over time, political and social hiccups have led many to believe that the privatization of the United Arab Emirates is the most appropriate solution for its problems.  One of the main problems is related to leadership and management transfers that occur at the top of the organization’s structure. In fact, according to experts, the socio-economic problems currently facing the United Arab Emirates require some form of immediate real reparation (Celâsun, 2001, p. 67). Some of them explained the weakness of the organization with low foreign debts and other economic problems currently facing major economies around the world. With privatization as a platform, there is hope that the destroyed bureaucratic processes with the experience of United Arab Emirates governance and help the country maintain its importance in world economic and social affairs

In the past century, there have been many socio-economic activities that have had an impact on

The current management problems have created difficulties with the forecast of the future leadership of the UAE. Although its interests are viable and stable, its management questions its governance structures. Privatization is a process through which private companies or individuals are allowed to rent

With privatization taking place in Abu Dhabi, tensions have increased due to the widening gap between rich and poor. Nevertheless, Abu Dhabi has made great strides in reducing privatization in the United Arab Emirates, which has reduced subsidies for the northern emirates. Such movements have created some degree of success, despite the fact that poverty continues to rise. In the future, the success of the privatization process will be in line with established programmes and changes in governance structures. In fact, the governance structure remains firm and supports the privatization project, while the United Arab Emirates provides a brighter future for the project (Deener, 1999, p. 95). It is expected that this privatisation project will be generated by strong leadership

In the United Arab Emirates, the financial and social burden remains strongly linked to the governance structure. These administrative problems are linked to the privatization boundaries. At present, the UAE is currently giving the impression that under the skilful leadership of the company “Sheikh Khalifa”. Moreover, privatization also allows for most of the repribation offered by membership in the UAE.  The services sector, which is of great importance to the UAE, has suffered greatly from the privatization process due to conditional factors that encourage the dominance of experts in the provision of services by many of the UAE.  Privatization does not come without its own share of problems. Analysts say such institutions as the United Arab Emirates should have the mandate and capabilities to solve social and economic problems. The institution, such as the United Arab Emirates, has a mandate to address most of the social and economic problems in the society. Leadership and integrity are considered to be relevant to the social aspects, forming the main elements of the organization (Ramamurtiand Hashai, 2011, p.78). In this regard, building a viable and enduring leadership structure is seen as the responsibility of the UAE

The current state and trend of the UAE leadership has caused enormous social and economic problems, which require immediate action. As a result of privatization, social pillars for the organization are being created to build strong leadership that can provide viable economic solutions for this institution. The Platform also offers economic integration and an organization that will create social justice and put obstacles to economic success for different social classes

The Privatization Platform has created robust and socialized management and governance systems that will thus be a country and stabilize the future of the UAE. The organization’s operational platform defined the transparency and effectiveness of management in its staff. It has also assumed responsibility for social responsibility and services, which society as a whole is heavily dependent on it. These relevant restructuring actions are fundamental decisions to reduce poverty and conflict in the United Arab Emirates as an organization
